HF Fund Services was founded in 2007 by Sean Flynn and Patrick Harrigan. They are experienced board members with a unique combination of fund administration and asset management backgrounds. They have excellent reputations and contacts within the industry.

Since the founding of HF, business has grown steadily and now has a team of six independent directors. Our directors have excellent relationships with investment management companies and professional service providers in all major financial centers.

Our directors take a partnership approach with clients, seeking to add value based on our years of experience. Our clients can contact us whenever they need to discuss an issue or require input from us.

We provide independent director services to a range of clients from start up hedge funds to asset managers with USD 50 billion under management. We work closely with our clients during the start up phase of their fund.

HF Fund Services Ltd. is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under the Companies Management Law (2018) and is audited by an audit firm approved by the Cayman Islands Regulator.  Our directors have all been approved by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under the Directors Registration and Licensing Law (2014).

HF has offices in Cayman, Ireland which allows us to service clients in all time zones.
